If you choose a new size, a tailor visit or atelier appointment is arranged. Measurements are recorded with fit notes and saved to your profile for future orders.

If you choose an already stored size profile, we confirm that selected profile with you before preparing the article.

After measurements or saved-size confirmation, the order is confirmed and the atelier begins preparing your article.

Fabric fall, length, modesty preferences, and delivery notes are reviewed by hand before dispatch.

Once prepared, your article is delivered for trial. You try it and tell us if anything needs adjustment.

If changes are required, we take the article back, complete the modifications, and redeliver it. This refinement cycle continues until the fit is right and you are satisfied.
