Do I pay online?
No online payment is collected on the website yet. Checkout sends your order request so the atelier can confirm availability, sizing, delivery, and payment details.

How soon can I receive an order?
Timelines depend on the article, city, fitting requirements, and monthly capacity. Custom orders require delivery to be more than three days after the sizing date.

Can I upload my own design?
Yes. Use the custom order page to upload your reference picture and enter sizing, delivery, address, and availability details. The atelier reviews feasibility and responds with the next step.

Are all products made to measure?
Collection articles are adjusted around your measurements and fit preferences. For the best result, book a measurement visit before final confirmation.

Which cities do you serve?
Current service cities are Lahore · Karachi · Islamabad. Other cities can be requested and confirmed depending on schedule and delivery feasibility.

Can I return a custom piece?
Custom and measured articles are reviewed under the returns policy because they are made specifically for the customer. If there is a production issue, contact the atelier quickly so it can be assessed.

How do I book a visit?
Use the Book Visit page to send your preferred date, time, city, and contact details. The atelier will confirm the slot on WhatsApp before the visit.
